Platinum Clean

The majority of our first time users have the full solvent based deep clean as this provides the best clean.

Ideal for dirty and green conservatories.

We first clean out all guttering and downspouts to ensure the water is free flowing.
We can also refit end caps and trims which have fallen off.
We wash the entire conservatory from top to bottom, including the decorative cresting's and finials on top of the roof.
The uPVC framework is then polished, using specialist solvents & cleaners, to remove the ingrained
dirt & staining. The glass is also then cleaned & polished.

This results in a pristine "new-look" conservatory

Primary Clean

Ideal for new or recently professionally cleaned conservatories.

This clean is also very popular with those thinking of, or trying to, sell their property.
Imagine........ two properties, both with conservatories, similar price, but only one is clean + presentable.....which would you choose?
In a buyers market, competition is fierce, so every little helps!!

As per a Platinum Clean but without the polishing of the uPVC framework & glass.

Internal Cleans

Ideal for preparing your conservatory for that special occaision, like Christmas!!

It will remove the dirt, grime or nicotine staining that cause the discolouration of the uPVC frames.
We wash the entire conservatory from roof to sill by hand.
All the uPVC frames are then deep cleaned using specialist 'non-harmful' solvents.
The internal glass is then polished

Windows and Roofline

Although uPVC is sold as 'maintenance-free' it's far from that!

For this reason, we also offer a service to clean and polish your external uPVC components.

Fascias, Soffits, Cladding, Doors, Window Frames & Guttering etc
can all be restored to their 'new-look' finish.

The Gutters will also be cleaned out, to ensure the rainwater flows freely.

Patio / Driveway Clean

Without periodic cleaning, surfaces will become slippery + dangerous & also
detract from the appearance of your property

Whether it's plain concrete, blocked paved, or has decorative flags, we'll remove the build up of dirt, moss, lichen & weeds, to restore it's original colour using a high pressure rotary cleaning tool .
